Refund Policy

Website Development

Website development projects usually comprise two components: Web Design and Web Development. Web design includes the initial website mockup and layout design. Web development includes CMS/Blog implementation, e-commerce solution, and custom PHP/ASP/JSP coding.

You are entitled to get 100% refund of the upfront payment you made (if any) in the event of:

  • You are not satisfied with initial design mockup.
  • We didn't start your project at all or we're unable to start soon.
  • We are unable to complete the project as per the project's specifications.
  • You want to cancel the project within 24 hours of making payment.

No refund will be given if:

You have already approved the design mockup. This condition will not apply if we are unable to complete the project as per the project's specifications.

The project delays are caused by lack of communication from your end.

Refunds will not be issued in following cases:

  • Setup or administration fees
  • SSL certificates and Static IP addresses
  • Domain registration fees are non-refundable. The customer owns the domain and in case of cancellation can transfer the domain to another registrar if he wishes to.
  • Webhosting fees are non-refundable. The customer owns the hosting space and in case of cancellation can still continue to use it if he wishes to.
  • No refunds will be issued if abuse of our terms of service or acceptable use policy forces Inside Softwares to suspend or terminate your services prematurely.
  • If a customer contravenes Inside Softwares' terms of service, a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.
  • Payments for account addons (SSL certificate, static IP etc) are non-refundable as they are included only during the life of the hosting plan.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as per the "Cancellation of Services" section of our terms of service. Any other mode or method of cancellation will not be accepted.

You must allow up to 30 days for credit and refunds to be processed and applied to your account. The following methods of payments are non-refundable, and refunds will be posted as credit to the account:

  • Bank Wire Transfers
  • Checks
  • Money orders
